Mothers

Thank you all so much for your love and support! I'm so grateful for all of you as my friends and family.

My friend Nicole gave me this inspirational quote:

“You can’t possibly do this alone, but you do have help. The Master of Heaven and Earth is there to bless you…Rely on Him. Rely on Him heavily. Rely on Him forever.”--Elder Holland.

How wonderful! We are never alone. I have many to rely on, especially Heavenly Father, in helping me raise my Stripling Warrior. Life is amazing!

So what have we got on our hands?

James and Susi Tibbitts are proud to announce it's a. . . . .

BOY!!!!!!!!

The little "Tidbit" boy was quite a wiggly little one. And he certainly had no problems letting us know that he was a boy. I am so ecstatic and overwhelmed at the same time. I can't believe that we know. I don't know what I'm going to do with a boy, but hopefully that's where James will come in. He is so happy that he was right. He's just the proudest papa!

UPDATE . . .

I hate to have to admit this, but I've just gotten over a moment. James came home and I had him read the post. He said it was great, and I began crying! I can't believe it. I cried because I felt bad for not knowing what to do with a boy. I love this little one growing in me. I hope I can be a great mother. That's what he deserves. James held me and loved me. He's so wonderful! He told me that everything will be all right and that our little boy is going to love me. I love James so much and am so grateful that he loves me unconditionally. THANK YOU MY SWEETHEART! So we went out and did a little bit of shopping therapy. We got an outfit to bring Tidbit home in. It's so cute and I love that James helped me pick it out. :)

All will be well. Put our faith in our Father who gives us His unconditional love. That's what he asks. He has given us this child and has full faith in us. We can do it!

Happy Easter

Our Easter was pretty low key this year. I kind of enjoyed it. Friday night we went to the temple and then exchanged baskets with Daren and Ashlee. It was so much fun!

Saturday was filled with James helping family move, I babysat and then we went and participated in the Easter Cantada at the Tabernacle. It was beautiful!

Sunday was just nice as we got to spend time with family and think of the things that bring us together and bind us. I'm so grateful for the atonement in my life. I am in awe that our Father in Heaven and brother, Jesus Christ love us so unconditionally. We participated in the Cantada again Sunday night. It was absolutely magnificent! The spirit in the Tabernacle was so strong. Some of us were brought to tears by the first song.

We did participate in the Easter Bunny part just a little bit. James and I played the bunny for Sophie. Hey, she's who we get to entertain for now. It's probably not going to last long after our Tidbit arrives. Isn't she cute though?

Things Unexpected. . .

So, it turns out that James will more than likely be headed back to Denmark This next weekend. The Inspection team did not give the new frog hoppers a bill of "safety." They've been working on getting everything re-evaluated for the last couple of weeks. And hopefully will get them up and running very soon.

With this trip now in the works, we will not be finding out what sex the baby is on April 22nd. Luckily, I was able to get in contact with someone at the doctors office. Logan City Schools have had Spring break this week. So my doctor and his staff took the week off. LUCKY! Anyway, his nurse came in to take calls on Friday. We were able to reschedule my appointment for the 15th instead!!! We will be able to find out before James has to leave again. Now I just have to keep my composure until Wednesday afternoon! :-)
